Privacy Policy
AI Kiss — Last updated: May 16, 2026
This privacy policy applies to the AI Kiss app (hereby referred to as "Application") for mobile devices that was created by Godeb Group LLC (hereby referred to as "Service Provider") as a Freemium service. This service is intended for use "AS IS".
Information Collection and Use
The Application collects information when you download and use it. This information may include information such as:
- Your device's Internet Protocol address (e.g. IP address)
- The pages of the Application that you visit, the time and date of your visit, the time spent on those pages
- The time spent on the Application
- The operating system you use on your mobile device
The Application does not gather precise information about the location of your mobile device.
The Service Provider may use the information you provided to contact you from time to time to provide you with important information, required notices and marketing promotions.
For a better experience, while using the Application, the Service Provider may require you to provide us with certain personally identifiable information. The information that the Service Provider request will be retained by them and used as described in this privacy policy.
User-Uploaded Photos and Face Imagery
AI Kiss ("the App") lets you upload photos from your camera or photo library so that we can transform them into AI-generated videos. Some of the photos you upload may contain faces — your own, or those of other people with their consent.
What we collect. We collect the photo bytes that you choose to upload, exactly as you provide them. We do not perform facial recognition, face identification, face matching, face geometry mapping, biometric template extraction, or any other biometric analysis on the photos. The App does not request or use Apple's Face ID (no NSFaceIDUsageDescription) and does not maintain any face database. We do not attempt to identify the person in a photo.
How we use it. Uploaded photos are used solely as input to the AI video-generation service that produces the effect you selected. The output is a short video you can view, save, and share within the App.
How we store it. We do not store your uploaded photos on our own servers. When you tap to generate, photo bytes are sent to one of our Cloud Functions (Google Cloud Functions, operated by us), where they are held only in transient memory long enough to (a) optionally scan for prohibited content using Google Cloud Vision SafeSearch, and (b) forward to the AI generation provider. After forwarding, the bytes are discarded from our Cloud Function and are not written to any database, storage bucket, or log we control. The generated video itself is hosted on the provider's CDN; we store only the resulting video URL in Cloud Firestore so you can view your history.
Third parties that process face-containing photos.
- Google Cloud Vision (SafeSearch). When content moderation is enabled for the App, photo bytes are sent to Google Cloud Vision's SafeSearch API to detect adult, violent, or racy content. SafeSearch returns likelihood enums only; it does not perform face recognition or identification. Google's handling of this data is governed by the Google Cloud Platform Privacy Notice.
- fal.ai (model provider for most effects). Photo bytes are uploaded to fal.ai's storage CDN and used as input to the generation model. We set fal.ai's
X-Fal-Object-Lifecycle-Preferenceheader to 86 400 seconds (24 hours) so that both the uploaded source photo and the generated output media are automatically deleted by fal.ai no later than 24 hours after upload. fal.ai's data handling is governed by their Privacy Policy and Terms of Service. - PixVerse (model provider for selected effects, operated by MOTIVAI PRIVATE LIMITED). For effects served by PixVerse, photo bytes are uploaded to PixVerse via their
image/uploadendpoint. Per PixVerse's Privacy Policy Section 1.1, "PixVerse may temporarily extract facial data from your images to generate AI-powered videos based on your instructions. This data is used solely for the video generation process, is not stored or shared with third parties, and is permanently deleted once processing is complete." PixVerse's Terms (Section 1.2, item 12) additionally reserve a license to use uploaded content in aggregated and anonymized form for service improvement, including model training, unless the user opts out via PixVerse's own settings.
Third Party Access
Except for user-uploaded photos handled as described in "User-Uploaded Photos and Face Imagery" above, only aggregated, anonymized data is periodically transmitted to external services to aid the Service Provider in improving the Application and their service. The Service Provider may share your information with third parties in the ways that are described in this privacy statement.
Please note that the Application utilizes third-party services that have their own Privacy Policy about handling data. Below are the links to the Privacy Policy of the third-party service providers used by the Application:
